4.0: SHIPPING TIME VARY DUE TO AVAILABILITY OF MERCHANDISE. ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED ON THE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

12.0: IN CASE A PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO SHIP YOUR ORDER WHEN THE PRODUCT IS BACK ON STOCK AND WE HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER TO DO THIS ACTION.

In case of Force Majeure, Cosmo Inc obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Cosmo Inc can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Cosmo Inc. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, Cosmo Inc will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
